Tuğba Erdoğdu started roasting in Küçükyalı in June 2020 on a 5kg manual machine, and now roasts weekly batches on a 15kg automatic roaster for online orders, hotels and cafés. The list runs from Ethiopia and Burundi to Brazil, Colombia, Peru and four Central American origins, with Turkish coffee alongside.
The shop takes the ground floor of an apartment block on Yeşiltepe Sokak, where the roaster stands behind floor-to-ceiling glass beside stacked sacks of green coffee. Bagged beans fill shelves along one wall, and a covered terrace runs along the front.
