The list, roasted here since 2024, covers Colombia Medellín, Guatemala Antigua, Brazil Jaguar and Honduras SHG, plus a Turkish coffee blend.
The shop takes a corner of Tınaztepe Sokak in Cevizli, and coffee is handed out through a hatch in the glass front. A glazed veranda with a retractable roof runs along the street, and past the tables a Kuban drum roaster works in a rear nook set into an orange wall.
