Its own list runs to single origins from Guatemala, Kenya, Colombia Huila, Ethiopia Sidamo and Yirgacheffe, and three Brazils, Mogiana, Cerrado and Rio Minas, alongside house blends and Turkish coffee. A Roaster’s Selection package puts six coffees, chosen daily, side by side.
The shop sits on Şehit Ahmet Yalçın Sokak in Topselvi, behind a black glass front. A single-drum Kuban roaster stands in its own red-painted room off the espresso bar, in view of the street, and orange chairs fill the pavement on both sides of the door.
