The shop takes the ground floor of the Referans Kartal Towers complex on Halit Paşa Caddesi, glazed on two sides, with a covered glass terrace along the front.
A tabletop sample roaster stands in the room beside a rack of glass tubes holding roasts pulled for cupping. The shop’s own bags of Nicaraguan, Brazilian and Ethiopian coffee fill the retail shelves, and the pour-over list runs to V60, Chemex and AeroPress.
