The list runs from Kenya AA Nyeri and two Rwandan lots, Nyakariro and Nyamasheke, to Indonesia’s Frinsa Edun and a banana-infused Colombia, with espresso and filter blends and a grind for Turkish coffee alongside.
The shop takes a corner of Serap Caddesi in Feyzullah, glazed on both street sides under a turtle-and-bean sign. At the back, folding glass doors open onto a covered terrace under a retractable canvas roof, split in two by a tall shelf of books and plants.
