The courses cover roasting, green coffee, sensory skills, brewing, and barista skills, taught in Turkish and English by the roastery's own instructors. Aslı Yaman and Hanife Özyurt Pekkip started the roastery in 2016.
The roastery in Kağıthane buys green coffee from Rwanda, El Salvador, Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. It roasts for cafes and restaurants in Turkey as well as selling beans online.
