Customers book a slot in the Roast Yourself workshop, and a Brew Yourself session covers brewing. The beans are mostly single origins, including a washed Kenyan lot from Meru and a slow-fermented Yemeni.
The shop takes the ground floor of an orange corner townhouse on Kara Sarıklı Sokak, with metal chairs out on the pavement. Inside, a glass wall at the back shows the drum roaster and stacked sacks of green coffee, and tall windows on two sides light the pale plaster walls.
