Uğur Gözcü and Ibrahim Yılmaz supplied beans to Istanbul cafés before opening their own shop on Yarım Balat Sokak. They roast on a ROEST P3000, and the hand-brew list rotates Ethiopian lots from Woyo, Idido and Adorsi alongside Kenya Aroma Top and Colombia Monteblanco, with a Brazilian espresso. Barista and roasting courses run through their SCA-approved academy.
Inside, a wooden staircase climbs over bare stone through the middle of the long room, with the hand-brew station beneath it. A star-patterned tile floor runs back to glazed doors onto a courtyard with trees.
