It started in Çengelköy in 2019 and has since opened at Torun Center, Bomonti, and Astoria in Şişli, and in Kayaşehir and Bahçeşehir.
Filter coffees range from El Salvador El Cerro to Ethiopia Bombe Qonqana, with limited seasonal lots alongside, and the online shop sells Turkish coffee and brewing equipment. Newtown also offers wholesale supply and franchising.

Seven single origins from El Salvador, Ethiopia, Burundi, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, and Brazil, roasted at their own facility and served across six Istanbul locations.
