Deniz Kosan opened it in March 2015 with his cousin, who resembles Walter White and goes by Heisenberg, and they call it the world's first Coffee Super Lab. It carries no official licence and uses no names from the series. Staff have worn yellow hazmat suits, and pancakes arrive with Walter White's face powdered on.
The coffee is roasted in-house and brewed on La Marzocco equipment, AeroPress, Chemex, and pour-over. Single origins come from Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Rwanda. A second branch runs on Hızırbey Caddesi in Fikirtepe.
