Its ceremonial matcha is first-harvest leaf from Uji, Kyoto, and the shop on Oba Sokak gave rise to MuusPro, which supplies matcha to cafés and restaurants across Turkey. The coffee list runs from a Colombian Santa Helena single origin and the Manifesto Espresso blend to V60, Chemex, and Turkish coffee brewed in a copper pot.
A black-framed glass partition splits the narrow shop in two. At the front, a concrete counter with a lit pastry case stands under a banana-leaf plant. Behind the glass, a back room holds a few tables under a potted fig tree, and outside, more tables line the red-brick pavement under the MUUS COFFEE sign in red script.
