Its 1.5kg Probat Probatino stood in the middle of the Balat shop when Perfect Daily Grind visited in 2017. The menu then ran two blends and ten single origins, made on a Rocket espresso machine and Chemex. Metin Benbasat founded the roastery in 2014, and its single origins have included Ethiopia Kochere and Colombia Aromas Del Sur.
A second café opened in Nişantaşı by January 2019, and the brand's Instagram lists a third at İş Mekan Reşitpaşa. The roastery also supplies other cafés, including Gravité Coffee Bar.
