The drinks board also lists V60, AeroPress and lemon drip, alongside Turkish coffee and espresso. Özkan Yetik, the 2011 Turkish Barista Champion, consulted on the coffee and was head barista in 2015.
The shop sits on Yeni Çarşı Caddesi, a narrow pedestrian street in Beyoğlu, under a red Brew Lab sign set between the first-floor balconies, and murals of an octopus and an astronaut cover its roller shutters. The front room has a star-patterned tile floor and a brick wall, and a smaller back room is hung with photographs of the coffee harvest.
